ALL ABOUT PATSY'S
Patsy's Restaurant opened in 2000. During the summer season we are open 7 days a week with service beginning promptly at 5:30. In the spring and fall seasons we enjoy a much calmer pace and take a few days off during the week. This winter, we will be open for the first time on weekends only and will be offering catering services, private parties and special events. We serve Creative Coastal Cuisine. Since our menu is also Key West and Southern inspired cuisine... we love to travel to Key West for some time in the winter looking for new and exciting ideas for the restaurant. We chose our location in Bethany Beach because of our love for the area and the extensive history our family has in this quaint, beach town. Bethany Beach has been a part of our lives since 1967.
At Patsy’s we use only the finest quality ingredients including fresh local organic herbs and produce, fresh local fish and beef which we receive daily. Our take on food is to present the customer with items that they may not experience anywhere else. We pride ourselves on originality and plays on traditional menu items. Examples include our signature dish which is a whole, flash fried red snapper served over a bed of jasmine rice with sautéed shiitake mushrooms and served with our soy, ginger and garlic sauce. We also offer Cuban influenced cuisine, our take on southern cuisine and great family recipes.
When selecting our raw product we purchase as much organic and all natural ingredients as possible. Over the years we have developed relationships with many organic farmers for our supply of the best produce in the area. We grow a lot of our own herbs and what we cannot grow we purchase from these local organic farms. Our beef is all natural and of the finest cuts. Our seafood is always fresh and never frozen! All of our dessers are made right at Patsy's!
Patsy's dedication to excellence has not gone unnoticed. We have received several awards including our latest, "Best Casual Restaurant in Delaware" by Delaware Today Magazine, "Best Restaurant at the Beach", Washington Post Readers Award, “Best of Delaware for the Southern Fried Chicken”, “Best Chocolate Dessert” at the Parade of Chocolates, just to name a few. Articles about Patsy’s Restaurant have been written in the Washington Post, Delaware Today Magazine, Chesapeake Life Magazine, and Delaware Beach Life Magazine.
Chef Patsy and Chef Robin were chosen by Delaware Today Magazine as two of the top "Women in Business" 2015 and were presented with awards at their December awards event. Chef Robin was also picked by Delaware Today magazine as one of the top 10 chefs to watch. She continues to excel in her creativity and dedication to the culinary field.

UPCOMING EVENTS AND INFORMATION
Our Spring and Fall Season brings us extra time so that we can offer other menu items that fit the season. During the Fall, we change our menu weekly. It will not be the same dishes that we have here on our summer season menu. Please call us to find out what we are serving each week. This is our time to have some fun!
